The Flickr uploading iPhone app MobileFotos (mentioned before) just had an update. It now supports uploading 3GS video directly to Flickr.
Video from the mobile Flickr site can also be viewed on the iPhone. So you could use the post with Tweetie bookmarklet as a workaround to not having video in Tweetie or any other Twitter app for that matter.
