Cloud Four shows how it’s possible to change your CSS on the iPad based on orientation using media query declarations.

Won’t know if this is really useful or not until I get my hands on one. But it’s interesting that there’s the option. I would have thought with a much larger screen than the iPhone, there would be far less need to optimise sites for the device.
