DestroyTwitter is a great Twitter client that is built in Adobe Air (so it runs on Mac, Winblows or Linux). It has a single window view where you can switch between home, replies, saved (favourites), search, incoming and outgoing direct messages.
It also has a wider view that displays home, replies and incoming direct messages on one screen and everything else on another.
With features like Dialogue mode, where you can see what tweet someone’s replying to and Friend Lookup, where when you type @ you can search your friends list it’s well worth a look. Check out all the feature in the documentation or get it here.
